Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Drupal development (versions 8/9/10). Proficient in PHP, Symfony, Composer, and Drupal APIs. Experience with front-end technologies including Twig, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (knowledge of React/Angular is a plus). Strong understanding of databases such as MySQL and MariaDB, along with caching technologies like Redis and Varnish. Familiarity with DevOps practices including Docker, CI/CD, and GitLab/GitHub pipelines. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), GDPR compliance, and best security practices. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with the capacity to thrive in a multicultural, distributed team. Experience with EU/public sector projects is a plus. Familiarity with Drupal hosting solutions such as Acquia Cloud and Pantheon is advantageous. A history of contributions to the Drupal community is a desirable asset. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Drupal websites, custom modules, and themes.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Designers, and Business Analysts to effectively translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Enhance site performance, security, and scalability to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Integrate Drupal with various third-party services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Engage in Agile methodologies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in the Drupal community and contribute to relevant open-source projects.
