Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process all incoming drug screening orders from clients
  • Accurately interpret and record results in client files
  • Provide Occupational Health documents to clients
  • Apply guidelines effectively during search criteria
  • Engage with vendors for information retrieval and ensure quality assurance on open files
  • Interpret drug screening results for internal teams when requested
  • Analyze data in adherence to strict compliance procedures and quality metrics
  • Follow established policies and workflows as directed by the Product Operations Manager
  • Absorb and apply complex information to relevant job situations
  • Foster positive community and client relationships
  • Engage with clients/applicants as needed

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent; candidates with a Bachelor's Degree will be highly regarded.

Proficient knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office is essential.

Ability to navigate multiple windows and perform extensive internet research, along with typing speed of 45 WPM.

Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.

Must demonstrate strong multitasking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork is crucial.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles to diverse audiences.

A minimum of one year of office experience is preferred.
