The Role
We are looking for a visionary, collaborative, and commercially savvy Director of Travel Partnerships for the Latin America and Caribbean region to craft and implement our regional Travel strategy focused on both mass affluent and luxury segments. This critical position will adapt our global Travel Proposition into a locally relevant, market-leading offering that excites our members and generates tangible results for Ten and our clients.
As a key member of the Travel Proposition leadership team, you will lead a team of Partnership Managers throughout the region, exemplifying professionalism, integrity, and inclusive leadership. You will work cohesively as a unified team with counterparts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, as well as engage with the global Travel team and cross-functional leaders. Your role will involve taking charge of developing innovative strategies, anticipating challenges, and formulating contingency plans to secure successful outcomes.
You will cultivate an environment of open dialogue, purposeful collaboration, and continuous personal development, motivating your team, engaging stakeholders at all levels, and soliciting feedback to enhance our proposition. By understanding the distinct needs of our diverse membership and client base, you will ensure our offerings remain relevant, competitive, and financially viable.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and guide the Travel Proposition strategy for the Latin America and Caribbean region in line with Ten's global objectives, ensuring forward-thinking strategies that position Travel effectively in the market, including content and marketing initiatives.
- Proposition & Partnerships: Develop and oversee a portfolio of Travel partnerships that offer best-in-class promotions and benefits, tailored to meet the needs of our members.
