The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead Ivo’s recruitment strategy and help drive company growth. This leader works closely with the executive team, shapes sourcing approaches, builds Ivo’s candidate brand, and ensures a positive experience for every applicant.

- Guide candidates through a smooth, full-cycle hiring process, managing pipelines for technical roles across channels and filling both high-volume and specialized positions.
- Use data analytics to improve candidate ROI, boost conversion rates, streamline processes, and keep stakeholders updated on hiring trends and progress.
- Develop frameworks to gain deep market insights into ideal candidate profiles for all technical positions.
