Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Fuse Energy’s partnership strategy aligned with growth objectives. Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact commercial and strategic alliances. Formulate and finalize partnership agreements with defined commercial and performance benchmarks. Enhance and scale partnerships to boost customer acquisition and maximize revenue. Serve as the primary contact for key partners and internal stakeholders. Monitor performance, assess impact, and continually enhance partnership ROI. Qualifications:6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles. Demonstrated success in building and scaling partnerships within high-growth environments. Robust commercial acumen and negotiation expertise, adept at managing complex agreements. Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution approach. Data-driven mindset, experienced in performance evaluation and ROI assessment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic company. Aptitude for navigating ambiguity and establishing processes from the ground up.

We are in search of a visionary Head of Partnerships to spearhead and expand Fuse Energy’s partnership strategy from inception to execution. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for recognizing, negotiating, launching, and nurturing impactful partnerships that will enhance customer acquisition, stimulate revenue growth, and secure long-term strategic advantages.
Your collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams—including Growth, Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal—will establish you as the senior commercial representative for Fuse Energy to external stakeholders.
