As we expand our go-to-market strategy, partnerships play a vital role in our growth. We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances who will be instrumental in establishing and managing a partner-led revenue engine from the ground up.

The Role

In this senior, high-responsibility position, you will design, develop, and scale Neuroscale’s partner-driven go-to-market approach.

Your primary objective will be to create a sustainable system for recruiting, enabling, and activating partners, resulting in measurable pipeline and revenue through integrations, co-selling, resale, and referral initiatives.

You will oversee two crucial partnership motions:

  1. ATS / HRIS & Technology Ecosystem Partnerships
    (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Ashby, Dayforce, and other HR tech solutions), including AWS and Azure marketplaces

  2. Public Sector Channel Partnerships
    (Value-Added Resellers, System Integrators, solution providers, and marketplace/contracting partners)

Collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, and Finance teams will be essential in establishing partners as a reliable and scalable growth channel.

Build the Strategic Partner GTM System

  • Define the overarching partner strategy, including partner tiers, target accounts, and operational cadence (enablement, Quarterly Business Reviews, deal evaluations).

  • Develop and maintain the partner playbook, covering onboarding, certification, messaging, demonstrations, and handling objections.

  • Implement partner programs and incentives that ensure consistent activation across referral, co-sell, and resale activities.
