Position Summary
As the Director of Sales and Customer Services, you will spearhead the Alfred Sales and Customer Services teams, creating strategies to enhance revenue and market share for our products across retail and wholesale channels. You will oversee the entire customer journey—from lead conversion and onboarding to retention and engagement—driving successful outcomes that contribute to revenue growth.
