Key Responsibilities:
Sector Strategy & Market Leadership
- Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Rail & Transit market.
- Develop and execute the Rail & Transit sector strategy in alignment with AECOM’s objectives.
- Track market trends and policy changes to identify growth opportunities within Rail & Transit.
- Position AECOM as a leader in rail and transit advisory, design, and delivery.
Client & Relationship Leadership
- Act as the regional industry leader in Rail & Transit, collaborating with peers to ensure consistent market strategies and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate teams for bids and mobilization efforts.
- Work with regional teams to analyze Rail & Transit opportunities for strategic planning.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, authorities, and contractors.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for priority client accounts and frameworks.
- Enhance strategic client engagement to establish AECOM as a trusted partner.
- Develop C-suite relationships to transition from service provider to strategic partner.
- Ensure effective account plans for tier-one clients to maximize cross-selling and retention.
- Maintain the integrity of sector data within Salesforce to ensure actionable opportunity pipelines.
Business Development & Work Winning
- Engage in winning work by developing relationships with key clients and stakeholders to create a robust pipeline.
