Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance consultant, particularly in a QA Director role for a minimum of 10 years. Expertise in developing QA strategies and leading QA execution for large-scale projects. Strong advisory capabilities to guide clients in managing end-to-end testing processes from planning and requirements to user acceptance testing. Deep understanding of QA metrics, entry/exit criteria, and best practices. Experience in the insurance or financial services sectors is a plus.

We are seeking a seasoned Software Quality Assurance (QA) Director with over 10 years of extensive experience in leading QA initiatives to ensure excellence in software delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in formulating QA strategies and executing them effectively across large-scale programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive software quality assurance strategies, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Establish and uphold quality standards and documentation by crafting and revising QA procedures.
  • Engage in requirement analysis and test strategy discussions to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
  • Oversee and review all testing deliverables throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure completeness and adherence to test scope.
  • Assess and ensure realistic program testing schedules and robust traceability from program requirements to test cases and outcomes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and develop strategies to mitigate defect trends.
  • Facilitate review sessions, disseminating detailed findings and providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Clearly communicate program testing risks and assumptions, and maintain a program quality dashboard to track progress and quality metrics.
