ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Public Relations serves as the senior leader overseeing all public relations and external communications initiatives for Lindblad Expeditions. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing a global media relations strategy that amplifies our brand's narrative. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, and collaborating closely with the CEO, you will be instrumental in enhancing Lindblad’s profile within consumer, trade, and lifestyle media, solidifying our position as the premier leader in expedition travel.
 
As a key spokesperson for the organization, you will manage our PR agency and work in tandem with brand partners to ensure that Lindblad is represented with the utmost professionalism. Your responsibilities will include the strategic planning and execution of communication efforts, high-profile media campaigns, press events, familiarization trips, and crisis management communications.
 
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in public relations within the travel industry, adept at navigating the complexities of a multi-brand organization.
