This pivotal role will be based in our Sacramento office, where you will uphold our commitment to service excellence, fostering the growth of our project management services, enhancing client engagement, and expanding market outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate robust leadership capabilities while managing a project management team to fulfill all responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Oversee client communications and ensure effective delivery of project management team services.
- Conduct research on construction market dynamics, including analysis of published data.
- Generate thought leadership reports that provide insightful analysis of the construction market.
- Direct the strategic and operational management of Project Management Services across various sectors, emphasizing resource management, financial oversight, business development, and team training.
- Establish a clear strategy aligned with our Business Plan to drive team ambitions.
- Foster the growth and development of exceptional talent, promoting an inclusive culture of learning and respect.
- Manage knowledge by ensuring that critical information and insights from each project are documented in internal databases.
- Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement within internal systems.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and participate actively in ISO audits.
- Develop risk mitigation plans and performance measurement tools based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external certification authorities for compliance.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the market, acting as a brand ambassador and developing a pipeline of opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage in meetings with senior leadership and prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
- Utilize internal software for financial management, tracking ongoing revenue, margins, and other financial metrics.
