This position is based in New York and focuses on digital, CRM, and emerging technology initiatives. Role Overview

This leadership role involves managing multiple programs at once, ensuring each project meets client objectives, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. The Director will coordinate efforts across creative, technology, and strategy teams, translating client needs into actionable plans and clear deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct projects from kickoff to completion, coordinating teams across departments.
  • Translate client requests into clear deliverables, timelines, and estimates for transparency and alignment.
  • Work with resource management to align team capacity with project requirements.
  • Oversee several programs simultaneously, managing budgets and schedules.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues to protect client scopes and agency profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to keep project goals on track.
