The StubHub Open Distribution initiative is a strategic, relationship-focused effort aimed at establishing direct integrations with primary ticketing platforms, venues, leagues, and rights holders. Our goal is to enhance transparent and scalable distribution, enabling partners to activate StubHub directly from their primary systems. This approach unlocks additional demand, data visibility, and commercial value without competing as a primary provider.

The Open Distribution initiative is designed with a partner-first mindset, led by integrations, and built for scalability across sports, music, performing arts, and emerging event categories.

As the Director of Primary Integration Partnerships, you will spearhead and manage key relationships with primary ticketing systems and integrated venue partners. This role, based in New York City, operates at the crossroads of business development, technical integration, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of ticketing systems across various sectors including sports, live entertainment, and performing arts. Responsibilities include articulating the value proposition of StubHub Open Distribution, onboarding primary partners, managing integration pipelines, and serving as the primary commercial contact for system relationships. We seek a candidate who combines commercial acumen, technical fluency, and robust industry connections.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY
