Director of Partnerships

As we rapidly expand in the US market, we are seeking a Director of Partnerships to spearhead our partner strategy across the nation, focusing on collaborations with agencies, GSIs, hyperscalers, and valuable commercial agreements.
This role is an individual contributor position, where you will be responsible for managing partner-sourced pipelines and driving partner-influenced revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities
You will oversee the entire US partner strategy, from conception to execution:
Initiate and scale co-sell strategies with Google, AWS, and other key ecosystem partners.
Cultivate relationships with GSIs and advisory partners to open new doors.
Enhance Haast's visibility with leading creative, digital, and performance agencies catering to regulated enterprise clients.
Design and finalize referral, reseller, and OEM/white-label agreements.
Lead joint account planning, co-selling initiatives, and partner-driven deal execution.
Develop enablement materials, messaging, playbooks, and use cases that simplify the sales process for partners.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful partner deals are executed and expanded.
What We Seek
A proven track record in senior-level enterprise SaaS partnerships, alliances, or business development, with relevant experience.
An active partner network within agencies, GSIs, and cloud ecosystems, not merely connections on LinkedIn.
A strong history of generating pipelines and closing revenue.
