About the Role

Join us in leading the innovation within the insurance sector by collaborating with forward-thinking partners. We are on the lookout for our inaugural Director of Partnerships, a pivotal member of our go-to-market team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing our partnerships function from the ground up, developing our partner strategy, securing strategic partnership deals, and implementing scalable processes for partner enablement and co-selling as we transition from seed funding to Series A and beyond.

You will take charge of identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that will drive product innovation, market expansion, and distribution channels. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with our Head of Sales and founding team, providing high visibility and a significant impact on our company’s strategy.

This role is perfect for individuals with extensive knowledge of the P&C insurance ecosystem (including distribution, technology platforms, and industry organizations) or proven partnership leaders from the enterprise SaaS sector looking to gain expertise in the insurance technology landscape.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop the partnerships function from inception, establishing a clear strategy, framework, and processes for evaluating, prioritizing, and finalizing partnership opportunities.

  • Manage partner-sourced revenue targets with the aim of achieving 20-30% of new ARR from partnerships within the first year.

  • Identify and secure 5-10 strategic partnerships across various distribution channels (brokerages, MGAs, platforms) and technology integrations.
