Job Overview:
The Director of Omnichannel and Digital Strategy will be instrumental in shaping and executing our digital engagement strategy to effectively commercialize Compass Pathways' therapies. This pivotal role entails developing a cohesive omnichannel ecosystem that facilitates personalized, data-driven interactions with healthcare providers and key stakeholders. The Director will lead the creation and implementation of digital platforms, AI-driven decision-making tools, and marketing automation strategies to optimize targeted communications and scalable content delivery. Collaboration with Commercial Operations, Marketing, IT, Analytics, and external partners will be essential to establish the digital infrastructure necessary for a modern pharmaceutical organization.
