About The Role
We are in search of our inaugural Director of Marketing to establish and lead the marketing department from scratch. You will be responsible for all aspects of brand strategy, market awareness, lead generation, and sales support.
With a solid brand foundation, a unique product offering, and initial success with Fortune 100 clients and the U. S. Government, Galvanick is poised for growth. The OT security buyer community is both accessible and under-served, and your mission is to position Galvanick as the go-to choice when a COO consults their CISO about OT security solutions. You will spearhead these efforts with a focused team, leveraging AI-powered automation to drive results.
In collaboration with our CEO and Sales Team, you will work closely with our CTO and engineering leaders to translate our technical expertise into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise security and operations executives. Our technical team developed Galvanick due to their firsthand experience with inadequate existing solutions. Your role is to transform that conviction and credibility into market visibility and sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Enhance brand visibility. Position Galvanick as an industry leader within the OT security landscape through thought leadership, strategic event planning, media outreach, and analyst engagement.
- Establish a lead generation framework. Create automated, multi-channel processes to identify and engage target accounts, implementing lead scoring systems to prioritize high-intent opportunities.
- Develop intelligent nurturing systems. Craft campaigns tailored for Operations Leaders, Security Executives, and Technical Evaluators that evolve based on engagement patterns, with targeted messaging for each audience.
- Produce technical content at scale. Collaborate with our CTO and engineering team to extract insights and create various content types, including solution briefs, web content, blogs, social media posts, videos, and research reports.
- Support the Sales Team. Develop sales enablement materials and account intelligence to facilitate the closure of enterprise deals in both the private sector and the U. S. Government.
- Establish a peer and customer advocacy program. Recognizing that buyers trust practitioners over marketers, create systematic programs for customer references, peer review sites, and practitioner case studies.
