Collaborate with Sales Ops and RevOps to ensure funnel alignment. The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Marketing Analytics Leader to establish and direct a high-impact analytics function within our Revenue Marketing team.

This position is focused on transforming marketing into a fully data-driven revenue generator, delivering insights on performance, pipeline contributions, ROI, and growth prospects across integrated campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), customer lifecycles, and comprehensive search strategies (SEO + SEM).

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and business savvy. They must effectively link marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes, influence executive decisions, and construct scalable reporting frameworks that catalyze actionable insights—beyond mere dashboards.

This leader will oversee a compact yet impactful team (starting with 2 direct reports) and collaborate closely with Campaigns, ABM, Digital, Search, Events, Sales, and Finance teams.
