Key ResponsibilitiesLead the drive for institutional adoption of Pave Bank’s multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, digital asset, and treasury capabilities. Originate and finalize complex, high-value institutional transactions across exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, and fintechs. Develop and implement multi-entity and cross-border solutions, including settlement, liquidity, and custody workflows. Create commercial proposals, pricing frameworks, and revenue models that align with Pave Bank’s growth objectives. Transform sophisticated institutional needs into scalable banking and digital asset solutions in partnership with product, treasury, and engineering teams.

About the Role

We are seeking a distinguished institutional sales leader who will drive Pave Bank’s institutional growth and significantly contribute to our commercial strategy. You will oversee the complete institutional sales lifecycle, from identifying and closing high-value opportunities to structuring intricate multi-currency and digital asset solutions while strengthening relationships with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, fintechs, and corporate clients. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will ensure that institutional insights shape our commercial priorities and work alongside product, treasury, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions for our sophisticated, high-volume clientele. This role will also be pivotal in laying the groundwork for future team expansion as Pave Bank continues to grow.
