ResponsibilitiesCraft and execute effective sales strategies to attract new institutional clients and enhance the existing client portfolio. Build and sustain robust relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem, understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and FX needs. Conduct research to identify and approach various institutional clients requiring cross-border payments, FX, and hedging solutions. Establish credibility and rapport with clients by networking and effectively presenting comprehensive solutions tailored to their international payment and Forex needs. Collaborate with internal teams such as FX dealing and operations to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services to clients. Utilize Ebury's global presence to provide clients with exceptional service on an international scale. RequirementsProven experience in sales management within FX, cross-border financial services, or corporate services targeting institutional clients in the UK. Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical, and verbal reasoning skills. Adept negotiator capable of cultivating and leveraging relationships at senior levels. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, with a solid understanding of the fund space. Comprehensive knowledge of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
