Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships. Ability to develop strategic initiatives and implement them effectively. Familiarity with global logistics, inventory management, and vendor management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

About the Role

In this pivotal director-level position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supply chain strategy and execution for our cloud infrastructure. This includes overseeing the sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, delivery, and vendor management of:

  • Servers, storage systems, and computing hardware (including AI/GPU infrastructure)

  • Networking equipment (routers, switches, optical components, cables)

  • Memory, semiconductors, and silicon components

  • Racks, structured cabling, and physical infrastructure

  • Integration and other infrastructure services

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead global supply chain teams across various functions including planning, sourcing, operations, and logistics.

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that support the expansive growth of hyperscale data centers, such as supplier diversification and multi-sourcing strategies.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to influence hardware roadmaps and time-to-market, ensuring timely delivery of capacity with construction and deployment teams.

  • Manage strategic relationships with tier-1 suppliers, ODMs, and OEMs, leading negotiations for multi-year supply agreements.

  • Oversee supplier lead times, allocation, and prioritize management across competing demands.

  • Direct the global inventory strategy, including distribution hubs, VMI programs, and logistics and warehousing models.

  • Create and optimize processes and tools in collaboration with program management and software development teams.
