About The Role
We are searching for a Director of Growth who will pioneer our marketing strategy and spearhead the next stage of user acquisition. This is a rare chance to be the inaugural marketing team member at a rapidly evolving AI startup, collaborating closely with the CEO and product team to shape and implement our go-to-market strategy. What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably as an early marketing hire in a startup environment.
Demonstrated success in driving growth through creative marketing initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, and content production.
Experience in managing contractors or freelancers to execute marketing strategies.
Proficiency in leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
