The Challenges You’ll Tackle

As the Head of GTM Content at Carta, you will lead a dynamic team of editors, content strategists, and writers to craft exceptional B2B content. You will ensure the delivery of timely, accurate, and impactful content that resonates within the evolving private markets ecosystem, which includes private equity firms, venture capitalists, private credit firms, and the limited partners supporting them. You will define the vision, voice, and strategy for our expanding content function and integrate it more effectively into Carta’s marketing initiatives.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Communications, you will oversee the development and execution of audience-focused content that aligns with critical business objectives, guiding prospects through the marketing funnel—from SEO-driven educational content to engaging mid-funnel assets that generate demand, and finally to sales enablement and client success stories that convert leads into customers.

Furthermore, you will spearhead innovative content formats and strategies that push beyond conventional boundaries, positioning Carta for sustained success in the future.
