Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, fostering the development of essential skills and behaviors for success. Establish and implement territory plans, team structures, individual quotas, and investment requirements. Monitor and report on revenue forecasts and strategic go-to-market initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage a comprehensive revenue and customer success strategy. Foster a culture of teamwork that prioritizes value creation and ensures positive customer outcomes. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and partners for long-term success. Promote ongoing learning and understanding of technical product details and future product developments. Develop and present a revenue growth and investment plan within the first 90 days. Execute our strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with other functional leaders across EMEA to ensure forecast accuracy and sustained high growth. What We Seek:A proven track record in high-growth enterprise software sales leadership, specifically in managing sales teams focused on Named and Strategic customers within the Data, AI, Cloud, or SaaS sectors. Experience in the Energy or Utilities vertical. A history of surpassing sales quotas in comparable high-growth tech companies. Strong ability to attract and recruit top sales talent.

As the Director of Enterprise Sales for Energy & Utilities, you will lead a dynamic team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding Databricks consumption across the UKI region. Our team is passionate about creating a robust data ecosystem, technically proficient, and dedicated to delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing our senior sales team, developing and executing effective sales strategies, enhancing existing client relationships, and providing precise sales forecasts and reports.

This role presents a unique chance to further develop a high-performing team that has consistently achieved impressive year-on-year growth within a rapidly expanding business that plays a pivotal role in the UKI sales organization. We seek proactive leaders who are committed to excellence and going above and beyond in their roles.

You will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales.
