About The Role

We are on the lookout for a data-driven Director of Digital Experience & Conversion Rate Optimization to design and enhance the entire customer journey leading up to conversion. This pivotal leadership role will redefine how potential customers discover, assess, and engage with Maximus. You will take charge of the digital acquisition framework, overseeing every step from the initial search to successful conversion, while also playing a vital strategic role in refining the post-conversion product experience.

Your mission: to create systems that foster exponential organic growth and achieve industry-leading conversion rates.

Your Key Responsibilities

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Oversee the Maximus marketing website as the primary engine for conversion, optimizing every component leading to customer conversion.

  • Spearhead the transition from Sanity CMS to Webflow, establishing a modern web platform controlled by marketers to reduce reliance on engineering teams.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive testing and learning program for landing page development, continuously creating, testing, and iterating on acquisition funnels and conversion paths.

  • Utilize advanced AI tools (such as Claude, Claude Code, etc.) to facilitate rapid site updates, content modifications, and optimizations without the need for engineering support.

  • Enhance site architecture, page load speed, and technical performance to optimize user satisfaction and conversion metrics.

  • Implement personalization strategies that provide relevant experiences tailored to visitor behavior, sources, and intent.

  • Set and surpass ambitious targets for site conversions and engagement metrics.
