Position Overview
As the Director of Data Management and Visualization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end data management and visualization processes. This includes the collection, aggregation, quality assurance, processing, and visualization of data for key clients, while also functioning as a strategic consultant to all Mediabrands stakeholders. In addition to addressing the daily data and visualization requirements of both internal and external clients, you will lead a high-performing team of managers and analysts.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Leadership: Operate independently within a business unit or portfolio, ensuring accountability for delivery, quality, and overall client satisfaction.
- New Business Initiatives: Spearhead the establishment of new accounts and businesses, including the design of systems, processes, and data flows from the ground up.
- Data Migration Management: Execute and oversee large-scale data migration projects and other complex assignments.
- Consistent Process Implementation: Ensure uniform processes are executed across Mediabrands clients.
- Campaign Naming Standards: Develop and promote the adoption of consistent campaign naming conventions across various platforms and reporting environments.
- Data Integration: Prepare and incorporate external datasets, including first-party and unique digital inputs, into analytics workflows.
- Data Quality Assurance & Anomaly Detection: Establish quality assurance processes and anomaly detection mechanisms to maintain data integrity across all outputs.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with senior clients, internal leaders, and cross-functional teams to advocate for the adoption of data solutions.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables from both onshore and offshore teams.
- Media Platform Expertise:
- Campaign Management: CM360, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Social Media: Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X.
- Search Engines: SA360, Bing, Google Ads.
