Key Responsibilities:Manage the Customer Journey: Oversee the entire post-implementation lifecycle, from initial handoff through renewals and upsells, ensuring an impactful experience at every touchpoint. Develop and Scale the Customer Success Organization: Recruit, manage, and mentor a dynamic team in customer success and support, implementing structures and KPIs that align with Casap’s rapid growth trajectory. Drive Strategic Outcomes: Forge strong relationships with customers, understand their evolving needs, and proactively enhance product adoption and long-term loyalty. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to gather customer insights, influence roadmap decisions, and enhance the overall customer experience. Enhance Support Operations: Create a high-performing support function with defined SLAs, prompt resolution times, and an exceptional experience for our financial institution clients. Establish Systems and Processes: Set success metrics, reporting schedules, and operational workflows that help scale the team while maintaining high standards of quality and responsiveness.

We are on the lookout for a Head of Customer Success to spearhead the entire post-onboarding customer experience and establish a top-notch Customer Success department from scratch. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies across customer success, support, renewals, and account growth, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams, you will help our customers derive maximum value from our offerings.
