We are seeking a talented Director of Creative Services based in Las Vegas, NV!

This hybrid role will be based in our Las Vegas office, with travel required approximately twice a month to Arizona. Candidates must reside in the Las Vegas area.

Role Overview

As the Director of Creative Services at Access, you will lead the creative vision and strategic direction for proposal development and program design throughout the Southwest region. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing the creativity of our programs, while also managing the Southwest Creative team to achieve key objectives across Nevada and Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Creative and Technical Leadership

  • Formulate and execute the creative vision for proposal developments, ensuring that all outputs align with Access’s brand identity, business aspirations, and innovative spirit.

  • Synchronize creative systems, tools, and workflows with departmental goals to enhance storytelling, improve sales metrics, and facilitate sustainable growth.

  • Act as the guardian of our brand, ensuring coherence in our visual identity, messaging, and trend engagement across all client interactions.

  • Drive innovative design strategies by interpreting cultural trends, audience preferences, and industry advancements into captivating creative strategies and actionable initiatives.

  • Conduct national trend workshops and cross-functional creative sessions to inspire ideation, elevate brand identity, and unify the creative narrative across teams.

  • Manage the financial aspects of creative development, overseeing budget planning, aligning cost strategies with leadership goals, and guiding teams to balance creativity with profitability.

Operational and Data Management

  • Establish creative data priorities and Salesforce reporting standards to improve forecasting accuracy, performance transparency, and vendor collaboration across all markets.
