We are seeking a Director of Content Systems & Research to spearhead one of AirOps' most critical initiatives: the advancement of Content Engineering through in-depth research, exceptional educational resources, and the development of our proprietary intellectual property.

As we look to the future, we anticipate that by 2026, Content Engineering will emerge as the pivotal role within modern B2B marketing organizations. This position will blend organic growth strategy, cutting-edge research, and precise workflow execution. The successful candidate will take ownership of transforming our foundational work into a long-lasting advantage that adds value for our clients and elevates the industry as a whole.

This is primarily a research-driven role. You will be responsible for developing and scaling our research initiatives, exploring the mechanics of AI search, understanding what drives visibility across platforms, and identifying successful content strategies. Your findings will inform our educational programs designed to cultivate the next generation of Content Engineers and contribute to our Power Agents—the reusable workflows that encapsulate our best practices, providing immediate value to teams of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Enhance our Research Engine: Lead the creation of groundbreaking insights through collaboration with our research team, positioning AirOps as a thought leader in the market.
  • Promote the Role of Content Engineer: Transform research findings into comprehensive curricula, training modules, and platform-specific education that empower both novices and seasoned professionals.
  • Productize Our Core Intellectual Property: Oversee the strategy and development of Power Agents, implementing best practices that deliver value across various teams.
