Join our dynamic team at AG Consulting Partners, a leading boutique consulting firm, as we actively search for a highly motivated Director of Business Development. This pivotal role is based in Washington state and operates under a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work remotely while also engaging onsite at our office in Redmond, WA.

As part of your role, you will occasionally travel to client locations throughout the Greater Seattle area to foster strong client relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.

We are focused on expanding our influence with both new and existing clients across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. This is a unique chance to influence AGCP’s growth strategy and connect organizations with exceptional consulting talent and services.

As the Director of Business Development, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Client & Relationship Management: Cultivating and expanding a portfolio of target accounts and high-priority relationships; scheduling and leading meetings with clients to discuss consulting needs and growth opportunities; conducting satisfaction check-ins post-project completion.
  • Sales Strategy & Prospecting: Researching industry trends to prioritize prospects; developing outreach plans (calls, emails, events) to engage senior leaders at target companies; collaborating with the executive team to enhance business development strategies.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting: Monitoring goals, pipelines, and results against monthly targets; maintaining accurate contact records and insights across accounts; leading multiple concurrent sales campaigns from outreach to proposal.
