What You Will Do Lead the development of a sophisticated music solutions division, overseeing strategy, marketing, revenue, execution, resources, and aggressive growth targets. You will own and manage the P&L for this division. Create, inspire, and continually enhance a highly engaged and effective team across multiple locations. Evolve the music solutions offerings, bridging the needs of brand clients with our network of independent creators and vendor partners. Serve as the external ambassador and thought leader for UnitedMasters’ Music Solutions division, actively shaping market demand and defining our competitive advantages by showcasing how our ecosystem unites independent creator culture with global brand strategies. Ensure exceptional customer service across all accounts, from high-touch enterprise clients to self-service subscriptions, measured by client satisfaction, growth, and renewal KPIs. Contribute actively to the Music team as a member of the senior leadership councils. Collaborate with Translation leadership to create unique and scalable services for their clients.

Role Overview: Director of Brand and Sync Partnerships

The Director of Brand and Sync Partnerships will play a key role in building and managing relationships with brands and sync partners. This leader will collaborate with both UnitedMasters and Translation teams to develop partnerships that benefit independent artists and drive business goals.

Location and Schedule

This position is based in Brooklyn, New York. The schedule is four days in the office and one day remote each week.
