  • Collaborate with Managing Directors to produce expert reports on significant energy and construction claims.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of specific delay events within extensive project evaluations.
  • Examine and interpret project documentation to identify issues related to delays and disruptions.
  • Execute slippage analyses on intricate construction and energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of delay claims utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Assist in the assessment of construction claims and associated project documentation.
  • Compile schedule analyses, including impact assessments, comparisons, and detailed narratives.
  • Create CPM schedules aligned with project scopes and industry-standard productivity metrics.
  • Guarantee the precision, clarity, and consistency of all assigned deliverables.
  • Facilitate client communications and coordination under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Support project teams and actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and fundamental scheduling practices.
  • Implement a solid understanding of:
    • Critical path impact analysis
    • Delay and productivity evaluations
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of cost and resource loading principles.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Produce clear, well-structured technical reports and showcase excellent written communication skills.
