- Collaborate with Managing Directors to produce expert reports on significant energy and construction claims.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of specific delay events within extensive project evaluations.
- Examine and interpret project documentation to identify issues related to delays and disruptions.
- Execute slippage analyses on intricate construction and energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of delay claims utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Assist in the assessment of construction claims and associated project documentation.
- Compile schedule analyses, including impact assessments, comparisons, and detailed narratives.
- Create CPM schedules aligned with project scopes and industry-standard productivity metrics.
- Guarantee the precision, clarity, and consistency of all assigned deliverables.
- Facilitate client communications and coordination under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Support project teams and actively participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and fundamental scheduling practices.
- Implement a solid understanding of:
- Critical path impact analysis
- Delay and productivity evaluations
- Demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of cost and resource loading principles.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Produce clear, well-structured technical reports and showcase excellent written communication skills.
