Key Responsibilities:Revenue Management & Commercial Accountability:Take ownership of the complete revenue targets for designated strategic partners, encompassing pipeline development, deal closure, and realized revenue. Ensure effective translation of partner pipeline into concrete revenue, proactively addressing execution hurdles across various teams. In cases of performance challenges (e.g., weak pipelines or low win rates), implement corrective measures by mobilizing Sales leadership and relevant teams. Serve as the single point of accountability for partner performance — overseeing strategy, execution, and outcomes. Strategic Partner Leadership:Craft and implement long-term regional partner strategies and collaborative business plans aligned with ZainTECH’s growth goals. Transform partner engagement from transactional reselling to a regional solution-led growth model harnessing ZainTECH’s scale. Enhance partner contributions by exploring new solution categories, service-led initiatives, and geographic expansions. Position partners as strategic platforms within ZainTECH's transformation, cloud, security, and AI initiatives. Pipeline Development & GTM Execution:Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Account Managers, and SSPs to establish and nurture a robust pipeline for assigned partners. Ensure that sales teams are equipped, focused, and incentivized to prioritize strategic partner initiatives. Drive partner-centric go-to-market strategies that enhance win rates, reduce sales cycles, and boost deal size and margins.

The Director of Alliances - Strategic Growth Partners is a dynamic senior leadership position pivotal for driving the commercial success of ZainTECH's key strategic technology partnerships.

This role is crucial in evolving partnerships with industry giants such as Dell, Cisco, Fortinet, Nutanix, Red Hat, Oracle, Huawei, and ServiceNow into effective, high-margin growth catalysts. As the Director, you will oversee everything from joint strategy development and pipeline generation to deal closure, revenue generation, and sustainable growth.

Your success will hinge on exceptional strategic partner management and dedicated execution, effectively collaborating with Sales, SSPs, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to transform partner potential into quantifiable revenue performance.
