In this leadership role, you will guide project teams, engage with clients and their Big 4 auditors, and manage all facets of engagements, including report preparation, relationship development, and business growth.

What to Expect:
· Collaborate with clients’ executive teams and auditors as a subject matter expert, navigating complex accounting challenges.
· Lead client engagements and manage operational due diligence for intricate transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, and debt raises.
· Ensure timely delivery of financial and regulatory information per compliance standards.
· Provide expertise on new accounting standards in various projects.
· Spearhead process improvements and implement necessary changes.
· Mentor senior managers, managers, and consultants, serving as a moral guide, promoting professional growth, and offering actionable feedback.
