About the Role
As the Director of Customer Success for the DACH region, you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and lead an exceptional team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) who will manage our largest enterprise accounts. Your ability to engage in strategic discussions at all organizational levels, including the C-suite, will be vital as you drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
