The Digital Solutions Consultant at TGS shapes and presents digital marketing strategies for clients and prospects across the APAC region. This position sits at the intersection of business development, client needs, and service delivery. The consultant produces tailored recommendations, proposals, statements of work, RFP responses, and supporting materials for core digital service areas.
Working as part of pitch teams, the consultant develops solution narratives, communicates value propositions, and presents insights to stakeholders at all levels. The role also includes representing TGS at both internal and external events, contributing to pricing and competitive positioning, and collaborating with regional and global teams to support commercial growth and strategic alignment.
Main responsibilities
- Develop digital growth strategies and solution frameworks that align with client objectives, market conditions, and TGS capabilities.
- Deliver strategic recommendations, proposals, and project roadmaps to stakeholders, including managers and C-suite executives, through calls, workshops, and in-person meetings.
- Create and refine statements of work, proposals, pitch decks, briefs, RFP responses, and other client-facing documents from scratch.
- Lead and support responses to RFPs, RFIs, and new business inquiries by defining scope, aligning services, and providing commercial insights.
- Participate in pitch teams, shaping solution development, messaging, and live presentation delivery.
- Work closely with sales, account leads, and subject matter experts to craft distinct responses for competitive opportunities.
- Translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide input on service packaging, pricing, and market competitiveness across APAC, ensuring alignment with client expectations and competitor benchmarks.
- Represent the TGS Digital brand at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Maintain knowledge of APAC digital ecosystems, platform behaviors, audience trends, and market nuances across key countries and industries.
- Apply expertise across major digital service lines, including SEO, AIO, agentic AI solutions, paid media, social media, analytics, and related areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams across markets, functions, and time zones to ensure solutions are both strategically sound and operationally feasible.
