The Lyon-based team is expanding and seeks a Digital Project Manager to coordinate stakeholders, oversee technical teams, and work with partners to ensure digital solutions are reliable, high-quality, and ready for future needs.
Role overview
This position centers on managing the full lifecycle of digital projects, from gathering requirements to delivery and ongoing governance. The Digital Project Manager serves as a connector between business teams, technical staff, and external partners, making sure projects align with business goals and deliver value to users.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for business teams across sports, marketing, communication, and digital functions
- Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements
- Monitor and interpret KPIs to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Plan and review A/B testing campaigns
- Draft and prioritize user stories and functional specifications
- Develop and manage the product roadmap
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee digital projects across web, mobile, and applications
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality through functional testing
- Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies and manage the backlog
- Track key performance indicators and measure stakeholder satisfaction
- Oversee digital platforms, including institutional sites, e-commerce, and mobile apps
- Manage relationships with service providers, publishers, TMA, and integrators
- Monitor updates, resolve issues, and validate deliverables
- Track budgets for TMA and suppliers
- Administer functional tools, including user rights and configuration
- Provide level 2 support to internal users
- Document processes and train business representatives
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including procedures, application mapping, and DAT
- Participate in discussions on digital service evolution and fan engagement
- Suggest enhancements to user experience and innovation
- Support best practices in application governance
- Stay informed about technology trends in the digital space
