With backing from premier venture capital firms like a16z and Lightspeed, k-ID is poised for growth, setting the standard for global digital safety.Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and commercially adept Enterprise Account Manager to manage and expand our portfolio of strategic clients in Greater China. This is a post-sale position where you will be responsible for renewals, upselling, executive relationship management, and fostering customer adoption.You will collaborate with game publishers, digital platforms, and tech companies, guiding them through the intricacies of privacy, safety, and age assurance across diverse markets. As the main point of contact for your accounts, you will work closely with teams in Product, Integration Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure successful launches, deepen customer engagement, and enhance their usage of k-ID over time.This position can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, or mainland China.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Greater China, focusing on renewals, upselling, and overall commercial performance.Create and maintain account plans that align with customer objectives, product adoption, and regional compliance requirements.Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across product, legal, compliance, trust and safety, operations, and technical teams.Work closely with Integration Engineering and Legal to facilitate onboarding and deployment of our solutions.
