Role overview

The Digital Optimization & Analytics Executive (1 Year FTC) will work to enhance ecommerce performance by analyzing data and leading testing initiatives. This role blends analytics with conversion rate optimization, focusing on generating reports, uncovering insights, and managing testing and personalization projects. Close collaboration with Trading, Product, and Marketing teams is essential to identify opportunities, refine the customer journey, and improve conversion rates.

Main responsibilities

  • Produce weekly, quarterly, and annual core ecommerce reports.
  • Deliver clear insights on site performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and build dashboards as required.
  • Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting tracking or reporting issues.
  • Optimization & CRO:
    • Run end-to-end A/B tests, from idea generation to analysis and learning.
    • Define success metrics and evaluate test outcomes.
    • Collaborate with UX and development teams to implement tests.
    • Identify opportunities to improve site performance and conversion rates.
    • Share regular updates on testing and performance results.
  • Stakeholder & agency management:
    • Work with internal teams to support trading and optimization projects.
    • Manage daily communication with external agencies, including updates and prioritization.
    • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
