Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Proven success as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a strong record of impactful campaigns. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, email marketing systems). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is highly preferred. Creative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for emerging digital trends. Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are an added advantage.

About the job

• Competitive salary up to $6,000, with a permanent contract including AWS and variable bonuses.
• Convenient working location in the East, close to MRT station.
• This regional role encompasses Southeast Asian countries.
• Preferred experience in Digital Marketing within FMCG, consumer electronics, or audio-visual manufacturing sectors.

Job Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive regional marketing strategy in alignment with revenue and sales goals.
• Generate demand and manage leads across digital channels for both B2B and consumer markets.
• Oversee and enhance all digital platforms to ensure a consistent brand image and high conversion rates.
• Monitor marketing performance, manage budgets effectively, and provide clear ROI insights.
• Lead Go-To-Market strategies and product positioning for new launches.
• Coordinate channel, partner, and trade marketing initiatives in line with regional objectives.
• Mentor and develop the marketing team while managing collaborations with external agencies.
• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for regional stakeholders and headquarters in Japan.

Job Requirements
