Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement all-encompassing digital marketing strategies that align with brand identity and sales goals.
- Oversee and refine significant paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and other international channels.
- Manage performance marketing funnels effectively from awareness to conversion, focusing on measurable returns on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure timely alignment of campaigns with project milestones.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs like cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), engagement metrics, and lead quality.
- Lead initiatives for website optimization, enhancing landing pages, user experience flow, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media buyers, and technology partners as required.
- Generate performance reports and strategic insights for executive leadership.
- Ensure adherence to brand consistency, regulatory standards, and compliance with Dubai real estate marketing norms.
