Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business objectives and product launches.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media and email platforms.
- Continuously analyze and refine campaigns based on performance metrics, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Supervise the creation of digital content such as website copy, blogs, social media updates, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on essential metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, website traffic) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Utilize social listening tools to stay updated on brand-related conversations and industry trends, informing content strategies.
Requirements
- Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, various social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and metrics to improve campaign performance.
- Experience in developing and managing compliant digital content, with an understanding of industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines) relevant to healthcare marketing.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, with hands-on experience in content optimization and keyword research.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, timelines, and campaigns concurrently.
