Key Responsibilities:End-to-End IT Project DeliveryLead systems implementation projects throughout the entire System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing requirements definition, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and transition to operations. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies to facilitate successful delivery and go-live readiness. Oversee execution quality, issue resolution, and progress tracking to ensure predictable and well-managed outcomes. Cross-Functional & Vendor LeadershipManage cross-functional project teams that include IT, Quality, business functions, and external vendors. Collaborate closely with business and system owners to translate operational needs into clear system requirements and implementation strategies. Coordinate vendor performance, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality expectations, and Mineralys standards. Compliance, Validation & Inspection Readiness

Mineralys Therapeutics develops treatments for hypertension and related conditions, including chronic kidney disease and obstructive sleep apnea. The company’s lead product, lorundrostat, is an orally administered aldosterone synthase inhibitor. Mineralys operates fully remote, with headquarters in Radnor, Pennsylvania.

Role overview

The Digital Center of Excellence Project Manager leads planning and execution of enterprise systems implementation projects across Mineralys. This position manages projects from initial concept through deployment and operational transition. Success in this role means delivering projects on schedule, within defined scope, and in line with regulatory requirements, while supporting user adoption.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of enterprise system implementation projects, from initiation to operational handoff
  • Ensure projects meet compliance standards and regulatory guidelines relevant to life sciences
  • Coordinate with IT governance, architecture, cybersecurity, and data integrity teams
  • Support business objectives and maintain inspection readiness throughout project cycles

Requirements

  • Experience managing projects in a regulated life sciences environment
  • Familiarity with IT governance, architecture, cybersecurity, and electronic records requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
