We are a dynamic small company with ambitious growth plans and are currently looking for a skilled Digital Business Change Manager to join us on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the adoption of changes among end users.
  • Develop and implement change readiness strategies and track action plans.
  • Support business areas in preparing for and engaging with organizational changes, including cultural shifts and the integration of new processes and roles.
  • Create comprehensive Change Management Strategies.
  • Establish and manage networks of Super Users and Change Agents.
  • Engage in effective Stakeholder Management.
  • Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
  • Lead change workshops or best practice sessions.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure successful change delivery.
  • Manage communication efforts, including the creation of training materials.
  • Deliver hands-on consultancy and change management support.
  • Identify business risks and implement control processes.
  • Assist in team planning by contributing to project plans, generating reports/KPIs, and monitoring performance.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate user participation.
