Qualifications

Required:Proven experience with SaaS/enterprise applications such as HRM, CRM, enterprise portals, insurance claims, or healthcare-related applications. Strong technical skills, including a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and familiarity with scripting or SQL to define transactions, data conditions, and integration logic. Experience with generative AI tools for content enhancement and automation. Ability to think analytically and define essential metrics or KPIs related to adoption, usage, workflows, or transactions. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across business, IT, and product functions to map and comprehend complex processes. Preferred:4–8 years of experience in creating content, documentation, guides, or workflows for enterprise applications or SaaS platforms. Familiarity with user experience design principles.
