Candidate ProfileWe are in search of Development Test Engineers who possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience. Regardless of your level, you should have:Expertise in building and executing hardware-in-the-loop or instrumentation-intensive tests (including acoustic, mechanical, electrical, or mixed-domain). A degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, engineering physics) or equivalent hands-on experience. Strong systems-level thinking, focusing on the comprehensive operation of the device rather than isolated elements. The ability to design quick and effective experiments aimed at learning and mitigating risks rather than perfection. A proven history of working independently while closely collaborating with interdisciplinary engineering teams. Experience in constructing custom test setups from the ground up when necessary.

Your Role as a Development Test Engineer

As a Development Test Engineer, you will:

  • Craft and implement testing systems to assess device performance, safety, and reliability across mechanical, electrical, acoustic, fabrication, and software domains.

  • Determine critical testing parameters at a system level and convert risks into high-value experimental insights prior to clinical application.

  • Conduct tests, analyze outcomes, and provide actionable feedback to enhance device and system design.

  • Develop and maintain an extensive library of validation and characterization tests as our systems progress.
