Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate development, or a related discipline. Juris Doctor (JD)Demonstrated experience in project management within the construction or real estate development sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the National Development Team, EVP of Construction, and other project members to ensure successful delivery of major ground-up developments and stadium/entertainment projects.
  • Assist in the negotiation of Public-Private Partnerships, including Tax Increment Financing, state and federal grants, and agreements with various government entities.
  • Facilitate the negotiation of all contracts for project team members.
  • Support the development of risk mitigation strategies for projects.
  • Help prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Work alongside the Acquisition Team to conduct feasibility studies, market evaluations, and financial modeling.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to meet project objectives within set parameters.
  • Assist in acquiring necessary entitlements, permits, and approvals from regulatory bodies and local authorities.
  • Engage in project meetings, site inspections, and visits to monitor progress and address concerns.
  • Prepare and disseminate project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Support the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and aiding in contract negotiations.
  • Maintain thorough records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and communications.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Development Manager or senior leadership.
  • Assist the development team during the lease-up phase by coordinating tenant improvement pricing, budgets, and overseeing on-site execution of improvements.
