Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the National Development Team, EVP of Construction, and other project members to ensure successful delivery of major ground-up developments and stadium/entertainment projects.
- Assist in the negotiation of Public-Private Partnerships, including Tax Increment Financing, state and federal grants, and agreements with various government entities.
- Facilitate the negotiation of all contracts for project team members.
- Support the development of risk mitigation strategies for projects.
- Help prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Work alongside the Acquisition Team to conduct feasibility studies, market evaluations, and financial modeling.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to meet project objectives within set parameters.
- Assist in acquiring necessary entitlements, permits, and approvals from regulatory bodies and local authorities.
- Engage in project meetings, site inspections, and visits to monitor progress and address concerns.
- Prepare and disseminate project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
- Support the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and aiding in contract negotiations.
- Maintain thorough records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and communications.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Development Manager or senior leadership.
- Assist the development team during the lease-up phase by coordinating tenant improvement pricing, budgets, and overseeing on-site execution of improvements.
