Join our team as a Desktop Support Technician in Elmsford, NY! This role involves providing exceptional technical support for Dell Desktop and Laptop devices, focusing on break/fix solutions. Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues at various locations, with a requirement for reliable transportation. Successful candidates will pass a drug and background screening and complete necessary product training.
