Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 4 years of welding experience in AC/DC TIG and MIG techniques. Additionally, candidates should possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience with manual machine operations such as milling or lathe work or have extensive experience with fabrication tools including drill presses, sanders, and plasma cutters. Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting fluid or electrical schematics is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
